Operations Manager
Jeff has been a carpenter since 1989, specializing in high end trim carpentry and custom woodwork. He has experience in all phases of remodeling and construction in both commercial and residential properties. Beyond his technical skills, Jeff is known for his strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction. He takes the time to understand the clients’ needs and vision, providing valuable insights and suggestions to achieve optimal results. His friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills make him a reliable and trusted partner throughout the construction process.
With decades of experience under his belt, Jeff continues to make a positive impact in the construction field. Whether it’s a new construction project or a renovation endeavor, clients can rely on his expertise, professionalism, and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
Jeff is also a retired Fire Chief of the Fostoria Fire Department.
Andrew Dumka
On-Site Construction Manager
Andrew has 15 years experience in rough framing and trim carpentry within the commercial industry. He is a certified Journeyman carpenter, and has 10 years of experience as a commercial general contractor. Over the years, Andrew has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and renovation projects. He understands the importance of collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to each one of our projects, and his hard work and dedication ensures a quality job every time.
Shelly Stemple
Designer/Job Coordinator
Shelly specializes in residential and commercial design projects. Her passion for design has been instilled in her from a young age. She has been working in the design industry for 10+ years. She has a college degree in Interior Design.
With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Shelly has an unwavering dedication to ensuring that every project she manages exceeds industry standards. She meticulously monitors construction progress, performs rigorous quality control checks, and implements effective problem-solving strategies to address any unforeseen challenges that may arise. Organization is in her DNA!

Lauren Neely
Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, Lauren possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing her to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors. She excels at maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere, making visitors feel comfortable and assisting them with their inquiries.
Lauren always had a great passion for design. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile and Design Studies with a Marketing emphasis from Western Michigan University. Her love for HOME design and remodeling finishes specifically grew while working at HGTV in their Advertising Department for 16+ years. She is very excited to now be working directly in the Renovation space. She enjoys watching a project transformation from start to finish and being there to assist that it all runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Skilled at managing schedules and calendars, Lauren keeps track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring that everyone involved is well-informed and prepared. Her exceptional organizational skills enable her to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.

With a career spanning over 10 years in the real estate industry, he has consistently demonstrated commitment to helping clients make sound investment decisions. Additionally, his specialization in outdoor hardscape and custom pool buildouts allows him to enhance the overall lifestyle of homeowners by creating inviting and luxurious outdoor living spaces.
