Step 1

Estimate - Exploratory

During this step, we will set up a complimentary on site visit to walk through and discuss your project needs. This is an important step in the process for us to gather information pertaining to your wants, needs, and project outcome. We will be taking photos and measuring your space to give you the best estimate possible. We will also discuss establishing a budget and project expectations.

Step 2

Design Planning and Project Scope

Once a retainer has been received, the design process begins! Our design team will meet together at the project site and gather real time measurements and capture the area with our construction software. We will assess the existing conditions, take measurements, note any structural limitations, and identify potential challenges that may affect material choices. This data will assist with space planning and creating 3D renderings. The renderings and drawings will allow you to see what your finished space will look like prior to starting the project.

Step 3

Material Selection

Our design team will help you make your selections regarding your upcoming project. We will assist in choosing the cabinetry, countertops, hardware, flooring, and tile. The chosen materials should align with the desired aesthetics and design theme of the remodeling project. We will thoughtfully consider colors, textures, and patterns that harmonize with the overall vision. This step also includes creating final blueprints, obtaining necessary permits, and establishing a construction timeline.

Step 4

Construction Execution

Once steps 1-3 have been completed, your project manager will be assigned to your job. We then schedule a walk-through with all team members who will be working on your project from demolition, to finish carpentry. This will help ensure that everyone working on your project understands the scope of work and timeline. Our team meets frequently on each customer’s project to ensure expectations are met throughout the duration of the project. Effective communication is essential for a successful construction project. We will keep you informed about the progress through regular updates and will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have. You will also be given access to our online client portal. This software allows you to have access to your project details and see what is being scheduled and worked on everyday. We feel that having this tool separates us from other companies!

Step 5

Completion

As your project is in the finishing stage, we will schedule a walk through to go over your final punch list to address any possible open items. We will complete these tasks as soon as possible so you can begin to enjoy your new space! Once all the work has finished, the site will be thoroughly and professionally cleaned up to remove any debris and construction materials. We will then come and take professional photos of your new space. Finally, we can celebrate the hard work and collaboration that led to the successful completion of your construction project!
